The FEAM, which stands for Family and team, but of course, the family comes before the team, is a unique team built around my family. As the dad of this remarkable family-driven initiative, I envisioned a business where the talents and skills of my wife and children could be nurtured and put to good use.
Now, when I decided I was opening my business, it wasn't even a thought that my family would soon be all part of the company, but hey, things happen for a reason!
Noah: The Podcast and Video Editing Prodigy and Handy Man
Noah, who is my 20-year-old son, was the very first person to join our family team. He's exceptionally talented when it comes to creating podcasts and editing videos.
Additionally, his video editing skills are remarkable. Imagine taking raw video footage, like what you record on your phone, and turning it into a well-crafted, engaging video that can be shared online. That's what Noah does!
It's quite inspiring to see someone as young as Noah, with his dedication and talent, make a significant contribution to our family's business.
He also helps with client work, website pages and so much more making him a built-in handyman!
We can't wait to see what amazing things he'll continue to create in the future.
Kayle: The Versatile Role-Changer
My daughter, Kayle, is 18 years old, and she's like a versatile chameleon on our team. She first came on board as a project manager, which means she's good at organizing things and making sure everything is in the right place.
But what makes Kayle stand out is her ability to adapt and learn new things. Over time, she didn't just stick to one job.
Instead, she explored different roles within our family business and developed various skills. It's quite impressive how she embraced change and didn't let anything hold her back.
Today, she has become a true professional in creating content and writing. Her adaptability and determination have allowed her to excel in these areas.

My lovely wife, Kelly, plays an indispensable role in our team. She's like the captain of our ship when it comes to project management and handling finances.
Although I won't spill the beans about her age (laughs), I can tell you that her wisdom and experience are invaluable. Kelly is the person who makes sure everything runs smoothly in our business.

Then, there's my other wonderful daughter, Maddy, who is 22. She brought a ton of social media expertise and is incredibly skilled at managing our online presence.
It's truly remarkable how she helps us connect with our audience and effectively showcase our work. Maddy knows the ins and outs of social media platforms, like the ones you use to communicate with friends or follow your favorite celebrities. But she takes it a step further.

My oldest son, Seth, who is 29 years old, is an expert in podcasting and video editing, just like his brother.
He's dedicated and passionate about it, which is amazing.
Even though Seth couldn't attend this year's INBOUND conference with us, we missed having him there to share the experience. It motivated us even more to ensure he could join us at the next event.
