About This Event

What to Expect

Remember when HubSpot's AI was a separate-feeling bolt-on with a confusing name? ChatSpot, then Copilot, sitting in one screen, writing generic copy from a blank box. You told it exactly what to do, step by step, and it gave you words.

That assistant grew up. Today it's HubSpot Breeze, and HubSpot frames Breeze Assistant as an AI go-to-market expert for every employee. It's page-aware, so it knows which HubSpot screen you're on and what you're trying to do there. It's grounded in your business data, so it reads your CRM, your campaigns, and your web analytics to give you answers about your account, not the internet's average.

In this free 45-minute session, George B. Thomas runs a live, fun "did you know" demo of what Breeze can actually do now. You'll watch it summarize a cluttered record, draft a workflow from plain English, diagnose why a record didn't enroll, create and update records in conversation, and turn one asset into many. The kind of moments that make you say "wait, it can do that?"

And if you want a human in your corner to turn HubSpot Breeze on the right way, our [HubSpot onboarding team](/services/hubspot-onboarding) does this every week.

This is a demo, so the screen is the proof. Come watch HubSpot's AI assistant work the way it was supposed to all along, then [book a strategy call](/strategy-call) if you want help building it into your own portal.

What You'll Learn

Key Takeaways

  • How HubSpot Breeze grew from a content generator into a context-aware operator that reads your CRM and acts on it, and why "page-aware" and "grounded in your data" change how you should prompt it
  • The new question menu that gets the most out of Breeze Assistant: stop asking only "write me a blog post" and start asking what should I know, what happened, what changed, what should I do next, build this for me, and explain why that happened
  • The three dials that decide whether a Breeze capability is free or gated: subscription tier, HubSpot Credits, and the permissions a Super Admin controls
  • Where Breeze shows up now beyond the chat box: HubSpot record pages, workflows, reporting, the mobile app, and even Google Sheets

Then and Now: How HubSpot Breeze Grew Up

A quick tour of the glow-up. From ChatSpot and Copilot to one HubSpot Breeze brand with an Assistant that answers and acts, plus Breeze Agents that run whole jobs. We'll set the frame: page-aware, grounded in your data, and built to help you take action.

Wait, It Can Do That? The Live Demo

The fun part. George works real moments live: summarize a cluttered HubSpot CRM record, prep for a meeting from CRM context, draft a workflow from plain English, diagnose why a record didn't enroll, create and update records in conversation, and turn one asset into many with Content Remix. Escalating "did you know" moments, one after another.

Breeze Everywhere

Breeze Assistant isn't stuck in one screen anymore. We'll show where it lives now: reporting and charts from a natural-language prompt, the HubSpot mobile app, and Breeze in Google Sheets. Then a peek at Breeze Studio, where you build your own custom assistants, the "extensible AI layer, not one chatbot" idea.

The Honest Caveats and Q&A

What's gated and why. We'll be straight about tiers, seats, credits, and permissions, and the fact that AI output still needs a human review before it ships. Then we open the floor for your questions.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is HubSpot Breeze?+
HubSpot Breeze is the umbrella brand for all of HubSpot's AI, and it shows up in three layers. Breeze Assistant is the conversational helper that lives inside your CRM. Breeze Agents are digital teammates built to run full multi-step workflows. Breeze Studio is the control center where you build and customize your own assistants and agents. So Breeze isn't one chatbot, it's an AI layer woven through the whole platform.
What's the difference between Breeze Assistant and Breeze Agents?+
Breeze Assistant answers and acts in the moment: you ask it something or tell it to do a task, and it responds right there inside HubSpot. Breeze Agents run whole jobs on their own, working through a multi-step process (think the Prospecting Agent or Customer Agent) without you driving every step. Simple way to hold it: the Assistant helps you while you work, the Agents do work for you.
Is HubSpot Breeze free, or do I need a paid seat?+
There's no single yes or no, because Breeze is gated by three independent dials. First, your subscription tier: Breeze Assistant and 100+ embedded AI features are available on Free, with more unlocking at Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Second, HubSpot Credits, since automated and recurring actions draw down a credit balance instead of running unlimited. Third, permissions: a Super Admin turns AI on, and your permission set decides what you can actually do. We'll walk through what's free and what isn't on July 17.
What can Breeze actually do inside my CRM?+
More than most humans realize. It can summarize a cluttered record (risks, recent activity, next steps), draft a HubSpot workflow from a plain-English description, create and update records conversationally, and even diagnose why a specific record didn't enroll in a workflow. It can also turn one blog post into social posts and emails with Content Remix, and generate content across blogs, emails, and subject lines. If turning one asset into many is the part that lights you up, that's exactly what our [AI content systems](/services/ai-content-systems) are built around. That "tell me why this record didn't enroll" trick is usually the moment people sit up.
How is HubSpot Breeze different from ChatGPT or other generic AI?+
Generic AI gives you the internet's average answer. Breeze is page-aware and grounded in your business data, so it reads your CRM records, your campaign data, and your web analytics to answer about your account specifically. It also knows which HubSpot page you're on and tailors its help to what you're trying to do right there. It's not a smart stranger you have to brief from scratch, it's an operator that already knows your business.
Do I need to be technical to use Breeze Assistant?+
No. You prompt it in plain English, the same way you'd ask a teammate. The easiest way to start is the question menu: what should I know, what happened, what changed, and build this for me. Stop limiting yourself to "write me a blog post" and start asking it to explain, diagnose, and take action. We'll demo the exact prompts live so you leave with a starter set you can use that afternoon.
Is my data safe with HubSpot Breeze?+
Breeze is built to run inside HubSpot's permission model, not around it. A Super Admin has to turn AI on in the first place, and each human's permission set gates what Breeze can see and do, so it can't act beyond what that person is already allowed to do. Enterprise adds sensitive-data controls on top of that. And as with any AI, you should review the output before it ships: Breeze drafts fast, but a human still approves. If you'd rather set the permissions up right from day one, that's the kind of thing our [AI consulting team](/services/ai-consulting) maps out with you.
How is this different from the old ChatSpot or Copilot?+
Same lineage, but it grew up. ChatSpot and Copilot were essentially content generators: a box you typed into to get generic copy back. HubSpot Breeze became a context-aware operator that reads your CRM, knows what page you're on, and takes action like creating records and drafting workflows. The name change isn't cosmetic, it marks the jump from "writes words for you" to "understands your system and helps you run it." Want to see it for yourself?
