If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered in the State of North Carolina in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where appropriate.
