10-Week AI Content System Training

Human-Powered, AI-Assisted. In ten weeks, you'll build a content engine on your stack: HubSpot, WordPress, Webflow, Sanity, or whatever you use. Same canonical Knowledge Base (Second Brain). Same Claude Code workspace. Same AI agent team you hire in Week 5. Your CMS, your email, your social. Light edits or none. The kind of system that makes humans more human, not less.

The Problem

Content Creation Is Broken (and AI Made It Worse)

Your AI content sounds like everyone else's AI content. Generic, flat, forgettable.

One human is doing all the content work. They're burning out and they quietly wonder if they're about to be replaced.

You've got tools but no system. Random prompts, scattered files, no repeatable workflow.

You know you should produce more content, but the capacity just isn't there.

Every podcast and Zoom call you've ever recorded is sitting on a hard drive, unmined.

Your brand spent years building a unique voice. AI is flattening it into the same beige content as everyone else.

You don't need another AI tool. You need a system that protects your voice while multiplying your output.

The Through-Line

The Equation That Makes AI Sound Like You

Give AI all three and you get a partner. Give it one or two and you get a robot.

Content

What You Know

The source documents, the research, the experience. The raw material that fuels every output. Without it, AI invents.

Context

Who You Are

Your voice, your values, your stories, your audience. The mirror you hand AI so it stops writing like everyone else.

Constraints

The Rules + Guardrails

CLAUDE.md, the four principles, identity docs, brand voice rules. The boundaries that keep AI from guessing.

Content + Context + Constraints = a real AI partner.

The Path

Beginner or Already Crushing It? You Both Land a Win.

Three humans show up to every cohort. The Starter, the Builder, the Operator. Find yourself below; see where your win lands.

The Starter

I've never installed a CLI tool. I use ChatGPT in a browser. I have an idea for a podcast but haven't started.

  • Week 1Claude Code on your machine, bootstrap ran, knowledge base structure exists, Obsidian opens against it
  • Week 4Your first MCP server connects Claude Code to GitHub; you back up your knowledge base with one command
  • Week 5Your first agent is hired and produces a draft in your voice

Many starters stop at Phase 1 graduation and have a complete, working AI workspace.

The Builder

I use ChatGPT and Claude every day. I've built a few prompts I like. I'm producing content but it takes forever and I'm the bottleneck.

  • Week 3Slash commands and hooks turn your messy workflow into a daily loop
  • Week 4Your existing stack becomes reachable from Claude Code; you stop switching apps
  • Week 7Your last 20 podcast episodes become a year of content sources
  • Week 8Production rhythm: 4x to 10x more drafts than you used to

Builders ship things they used to procrastinate on, in your voice, in afternoons.

The Operator

I'm running content at scale. I have a small team. I'm crushing it but I'm hitting a ceiling on what I can personally touch.

  • Week 4Connector layer wired; your existing stack plugs into Claude Code via MCP
  • Week 5First three agents hired; team operates from the moment Phase 2 begins
  • Week 9Quality gate built; agents catch each other's drift before anything ships
  • Week 10Publishing pipeline hands-off; agents commit, deploy, distribute

Operators leave with a 90-day plan to 3x to 10x their content output without scaling headcount.

Real Students, Real Words

What humans walk away with.

This course is groundbreaking. It includes a massive amount of IP that took George years to develop, and he's an engaging, supportive trainer. A must for anyone grappling with content marketing in the brave new world of AI. Not for the faint-hearted though!

Emma Harris

AI Content System Student

George's training opened my eyes to building an effective AI content system. I was intimidated by the terminal and Claude Code at first, but within a short time I'd built an app and published it to GitHub. Now I've got frameworks I can use to build anything I can imagine.

The Six Shifts You'll Feel

Six Shifts That Change Everything

The week-by-week deliverables are concrete. But the reason this changes your life isn't the bullets. It's a set of shifts in how you operate. Most humans don't see them coming.

1

From Doer to Director

You start writing every piece yourself. You finish curating, briefing, and quality-checking what your agents produce. Output scales without you scaling.

Lands: Week 8 (production rhythm settles in)

2

Your Backlog Is Gold

Every podcast, Zoom call, YouTube video, and recorded talk you've made is already content. Transcribe it. Feed it. Mine it. Your past output fuels your future output.

Lands: Week 7 (audio + video mining)

3

Your Voice Is a System, Not a Vibe

Brand voice stops being 'I'll know it when I see it' and becomes a quality gate: identity docs, the George Filter, voice drift detection. Consistency at scale.

Lands: Week 9 (the gate goes live)

4

The System Compounds With You

Every piece you ship becomes a wiki entry. Every wiki entry feeds the next piece. Every agent edit sharpens the agent. The system gets more valuable over time, not less.

Lands: Ongoing (Phase 3 onward)

5

Workhorse + Sidekick (Cheap Models for Volume Work)

A workhorse (Claude) for the hero work. A sidekick (Gemini) for the volume work: images, transcripts, metadata. Right model for the right job. 5x to 10x cost reduction with zero quality loss where cheaper is fine.

Lands: Week 8 (quietly, as the team operates)

6

Claude Code Becomes Your Operations Hub

Once MCP is wired and your connector layer is live, Claude Code stops being a writing tool and becomes your operations center. Commit, deploy, scrape, schedule, distribute. All from one window.

Lands: Week 4 (the day MCP fires its first connection)

The Canonical Core + Your Stack

What's the Same for Everyone (and What's Yours)

Strong opinion on the craft. Flexible on the surface. Eight things every attendee learns. Seven layers where your existing tools plug in.

Phases:1. Setup2. Fuel3. Production
1

The Whole Picture + Install

Monday, July 6 at 11:00 AM ET

Layer: Intelligence + Workspace

  • Get the architecture: 6 layers (raw / intake / wiki / identities / output / journal)
  • Install Claude Code on Mac, Windows, or Linux in under 30 minutes
  • Run the bootstrap prompt and watch the knowledge base skeleton build itself

5

Onboard Your AI Agent Team

Monday, August 3 at 11:00 AM ET

Layer: Agent Roster (the FEAM Model)

  • Learn the FEAM model that powers Sidekick's 9-agent content team
  • Hire your first three agents: writer, designer, researcher
  • Give them your identity, your tool belt, and your connector layer
  • Watch your first agent produce a draft in your voice
  • Set up the agent task board so you can scale to more agents later
Phase 2: Fuel
6

The Capture Side + Knowledge Base

Monday, August 10 at 11:00 AM ET

Layer: Knowledge Daily Ops + Web Scraping

  • Get the raw → wiki pipeline live
  • Make /recall actually useful by feeding it your real sources
  • Wire web scraping (we demo Firecrawl; your scraper works too)
  • Build the daily capture loop so the system gets smarter every day
  • Stop forgetting the things you said you'd come back to
7

Audio + Video Mining

Monday, August 17 at 11:00 AM ET

Layer: Audio/Video Capture

  • Install yt-dlp + Whisper (or use your transcription tool of choice)
  • Mine your entire podcast, YouTube, and Zoom backlog into the knowledge base
  • Realize your existing recordings are a year of content sources
  • Feed transcripts to your agents as raw material
  • Stop sitting on a goldmine you didn't know was there
Phase 3: Production
8

Text + Visual Content at Scale

Monday, August 24 at 11:00 AM ET

Layer: Visual Production + Production Patterns

  • Use the Superwriter pattern to draft long-form articles in your voice
  • Produce images inline with Gemini (or your visual tool)
  • Make Gamma decks alongside articles (one source, many outputs)
  • Run batch content operations: multiple drafts in one session
  • Shift from doer to director: you brief and edit, agents draft
9

Quality, Voice Drift + the Edit Gate

Monday, August 31 at 11:00 AM ET

Layer: QA / Quality Gate

  • Wire the George Filter (SEEN / SAFE / SMART) as your quality gate
  • Build voice drift detection that catches AI tells before they ship
  • Run the audit checklist on a real Week 8 draft live in session
  • Set up agent-on-agent QA so your team catches each other's drift

Monday, September 7 at 11:00 AM ET

Layer: CMS + Deployment + Distribution + Operations

  • Push to your CMS automatically (we demo Sanity; pointer cards for HubSpot CMS / WordPress / Webflow)
  • Distribute via your email + social tools (we demo HubSpot Marketing + Broadcast API)
  • Set up the 90-day operating rhythm (/dream maintenance, monthly audits)
  • Plan what you build next (more agents? new formats? deeper integrations?)
  • Graduate and earn the Sidekick AI Content System Certified Practitioner badge

10 consecutive Mondays: July 6 through September 7, 2026.

Bring Your Own Stack

Investment

One Price. Ten Weeks. A System That Pays for Itself.

A single 1,500-word freelance-written article: $300 to $500. A monthly retainer with a content agency: $3,000 to $10,000. One typical podcast-to-content pipeline service: $1,500 to $2,500 per month. This program: $599. One time. You leave with the engine, built on your stack, with a certification to prove it.

You're not buying a course. You're building an asset. The AI content system you create during these ten weeks will keep producing for months and years after the training ends. Your content output flourishes while your workload stays the same.

Your Instructor: George B. Thomas

HubSpot Certified Trainer. 42+ HubSpot certifications. UNBOUND speaker since 2015. Built the AI content system that powers Sidekick Strategies and its 9-agent content team. He didn't read about this in a blog post; he built it, broke it, fixed it, and now he's teaching it.

Limited to 50 Humans Per Cohort

Small cohorts mean George can give every participant real attention. When seats fill up, the next cohort opens. No waitlist pressure, just a genuinely better experience.

14-Day Refund Window

Show up to Week 1. Give it a real shot. If it isn't for you, request a refund within 14 days and we'll send your full payment back. No hard feelings, no questions asked.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked About AI Content System Training.

Do I need coding experience?+
Not at all. Claude Code is a command-line tool, but we start from absolute zero. If you can type, you can do this. Week 1 covers everything from installation to your first knowledge base structure.
How much time do I need each week?+
Plan for about 5 to 6 hours per week: 1 hour live Monday session, 30 min Friday office hours, plus 3 to 4 hours of hands-on homework. The homework is building your actual system, so it doubles as real work.
What tools do I need to bring?+
A computer (Mac, Windows, or Linux), an internet connection, and willingness to learn. Bring your existing CMS, email tool, and social scheduler so we can wire them into the system during the connector layer week.
Can my whole team join?+
Absolutely. When you enroll 2 or more seats, each seat drops to $529 (12% off). Mention your team size in the enrollment form and we'll send you the discounted link.
What if I miss a live session?+
Every session is recorded and available within 24 hours. You'll also have the cohort Slack and Friday office hours to catch up and ask questions. Life happens; we've built the program to be flexible.
Do I need to use Claude Code? Could I use Cursor or ChatGPT Desktop?+
Yes, you need Claude Code. It's the workspace the system is built for. Hooks, skills, MCP-native primitives, and the bootstrap prompt all assume Claude Code. Cursor and ChatGPT Desktop are great tools but they don't have the same primitives.
Do I need to use Obsidian?+
No, but we recommend it. Obsidian is free, local, and gives you a beautiful visual interface over the markdown knowledge base. If you prefer raw markdown in any editor (VS Code, Sublime, even Notepad), it works too. The system is the folder structure, not the viewer.
Do I need HubSpot or Sanity to take this program?+
No. We demo with HubSpot and Sanity because that's our stack. The pattern works on any CMS, email tool, and social scheduler. You'll get pointer cards for the most common alternatives.
What if I'm on WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or Ghost?+
The pattern works. We teach the publishing layer using Sanity as the worked example. Your CMS has the same API pattern shape; we'll mention the differences when they come up, and you'll get a one-page pointer card. Deep platform-specific guides aren't part of the program.
What if HubSpot IS my CMS, not just my distribution tool?+
Then your stack collapses: HubSpot is your CMS, email, social, and CRM all in one. You'll get a HubSpot All-In pointer card that maps the curriculum to your single platform.
Do you teach my specific CMS, email tool, or social scheduler?+
We teach the pattern using our stack. We name how it maps to common alternatives. You'll have the principles to apply to your tool, plus a cohort Slack and Friday office hours for stack-specific questions. We do NOT run parallel teaching tracks for every platform.
Why do agents come in week 5 instead of at the end?+
Because if we wait until the end, you've spent most of the program doing solo work the agents could have been doing alongside you. Hiring agents in week 5 means the team operates for the full second half of the program. You get 6 weeks of agent practice, not 1.
Why does the quality gate come before publishing instead of after?+
Because the gate has to come before the pipe. Teaching quality control after attendees have already published means they ship generic AI content for weeks before they learn how to catch it. The make → audit → ship arc in Phase 3 puts the gate in the right order.
Do I get a certification? What does it mean?+
Yes. Attend 8 of 10 sessions (live or replay), complete the homework, and ship one piece of content using the system before Week 10. You walk out with the Sidekick AI Content System Certified Practitioner badge: a PDF for downloads and an image sized for LinkedIn. It's not industry-accredited; it's something better: shipped proof.
Is there a refund policy?+
Yes. 14-day refund window from the day Week 1 goes live. Show up, give it a real shot, and if it isn't for you, request a refund within 14 days and we'll send your full payment back. No questions asked.
What happens after week 10?+
You keep your system, your certification, your recordings, and your library access for life. The cohort Slack stays open for 30 days post-graduation. If you want ongoing support or want us to help scale your system further, we can talk about what that looks like.
How is this different from a $99 course on Udemy?+
Courses teach theory you watch. This program builds your actual system. By the end of week 10, you're not watching someone else's demo. You're operating your own AI content engine, on your stack, producing real content for your brand, with an agent team you hired. The certification proves it.
