Building Your AI Content System | Session 4 of 8

Friday, May 29, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT12:00 PM - 12:30 PM EDTWebinar

Good prompts aren't clever one-liners. They're structured, repeatable, and loaded with context. This session teaches the 6-element prompt framework that turns your team from "I don't know what to type" to "I have a library of prompts that work every time." Plus: why iteration matters more than the first draft.

About This Event

What to Expect

The gap between bad AI output and great AI output is almost never the AI. It's the prompt. And the gap between a decent prompt and a great one is structure.

Most teams write prompts as single sentences: "Write a blog post about email marketing." Then they're disappointed when the output sounds like every other AI-generated blog post on the internet.

The 6-element prompt framework gives you a repeatable structure: Role, Context, Task, Format, Constraints, and Examples. When you fill in all six elements, your AI has everything it needs to produce output that's specific, on-brand, and useful on the first try.

But we don't stop there. The second half of this session covers iteration: why you should never accept version one, and the conversation patterns that turn a decent draft into something you're proud to publish.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to use all 6 elements every time?+
Not always. Short tasks might only need 3 to 4 elements. But having the full framework means you know what to add when the output isn't hitting the mark.
How many iterations should I expect per piece of content?+
Typically 2 to 3 rounds of iteration. The goal isn't perfection from the AI. It's getting to 80% so your humans can add the final 20% of judgment, nuance, and polish.
